Boris B Vukovich
Boris is the Chairman of the Board of Ascentia and one of its Managing Members. Boris started with the company in 1980 and, in recent years, has been responsible for the growth and strategic development of the company. He retired from his role as Chief Executive Officer at the end of 2017 but continues to work with the executive team to set the strategic vision for the company.
Mirko B Vukovich
Mirko is a Board Member and Managing Member at Ascentia. Mirko joined Ascentia in 1980 and provided 30 years of property management and corporate development leadership during his career. He retired from his role as President and Chief Operating Officer in 2010 but continues to work on strategic matters as a member of the Ascentia advisory board.
John J. Eberle
John is the President and CEO of Ascentia as well as serving as a Managing Member. He joined the company in 2002. John holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Colorado and Bachelor’s degrees in Business Finance and Spanish from Colorado State University. He started his career as a commercial banker, practiced law for seven years and, immediately prior to joining Ascentia, managed a publicly traded parking company.
Emily is the Vice President of Accounting and Finance for Ascentia. Emily has a Bachelor’s degree from University of Colorado in Business and Administration and received her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License in 1998. Her prior experience includes Audit and Assurance with PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as Controller positions with Graphic Packaging International, Surefoot and Oakwood Homes. Emily leads the Corporate Office in the areas of Human Resources, Information Technology, and Accounting/Finance.
Mike is the Vice President of Operations for Ascentia. He has been managing commercial multi-family property for over 35 years. His expertise is in apartments and manufactured home communities. Before joining Ascentia in 2007, Mike ran his own successful real estate brokerage and property management companies in two different regions of the country. Mike received his education from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado.
Marko is the Vice President of Asset Management for Ascentia. Born an entrepreneur, Marko has started and grown a number of companies in different sectors over the last 10 years. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Colorado State University in 2008. Most recently, Marko founded a commercial construction company in 2011 focused primarily on multifamily housing and office properties. He sold the company in 2016 and joined Ascentia in 2017.
