District Manager and Home Office
Our Home Office employees work very closely with the district managers and field operations teams. The key to success is working together towards achieving a common goal by sharing ideas and skills. Roles at the home office include finance and accounting, IT, marketing, and human resources. The district manager team is responsible for the overall operations of their properties and, most importantly, leading a team of employees.
Our Community Managers have the opportunity to experience a dynamic, fast-paced, exciting environment where no two days are the same. They are responsible for wearing many hats, including leadership and financial and operational property performance.
The Leasing Professional acts as our initial ambassador between customers, residents, and the management team. They are at the heart of what makes Ascentia communities great. We train, develop and empower our Leasing team members to offer exceptional service and meet their personal goals.
