The move-in was great! Love the office staff here. Met them at the beginning when I was looking at homes and from then on it was online. All perfect. Completely copacetic. One of the easiest moves I’ve ever made, super smooth. They were so patient. Any issues I’ve had, I’ve texted them about and they have taken care them of right away. My refrigerator wasn’t working, and they replaced it right away. Would recommend Skyline in a heartbeat.

Boris started with Ascentia in 1980 and, in recent years, has been responsible for the growth and strategic development of the company. He retired from his role as Chief Executive Officer at the end of 2017 but continues to work with the executive team to set the strategic vision for the company.
Mirko B Vukovich

Mirko joined Ascentia in 1980 and provided 30 years of property management and corporate development leadership during his career. Mirko retired from his role as President and Chief Operating Officer in 2010.
John J. Eberle
President, CEO & Managing Member
John joined the company in 2002. John holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance and Spanish from Colorado State University. He started his career as a commercial banker, practiced law for seven years, and, immediately before joining Ascentia, managed a publicly traded parking company.
Vice President of Accounting and Finance
Emily has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado in Business and Administration and received her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License in 1998. Emily’s prior experience includes Audit and Assurance with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Controller positions with Graphic Packaging International, Surefoot, and Oakwood Homes. Emily leads the Corporate Office in Human Resources, Information Technology, and Accounting/Finance.
Vice President of Operations
Marko was born an entrepreneur. He founded and developed numerous companies in a variety of sectors. Marko holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Colorado State University. In 2011, he founded a commercial construction company focused primarily on multifamily housing and office properties. He sold the company in 2016 and joined Ascentia in 2017.

The application process was flawless, Catherine (the customer service specialist) was so sweet and helpful at the office! The workers on the maintenance team here are the nicest, kindest, most efficient people I have ever met. I wish I had enough money to throw a party for them! They are hard-working, and constantly picking up things just to make it a nicer place and are always friendly and very polite. We are also so pleased with the new management. We have enjoyed the activities they provide, and our daughter especially enjoyed the back-to-school backpack she received. Management here and in the corporate office are top-notch.
