District Manager and Home Office
Our Home Office employees work very closely with the district managers and field operations teams. The key to success is working together towards achieving a common goal by sharing ideas and skills. Roles at the home office include finance and accounting, IT, marketing and human resources. The district manager team is responsible for the overall operations of their properties and most importantly leading a team of employees.
Our Community Managers have the opportunity to experience a dynamic, fast paced, exciting environment in which to work. No two days are the same. They also have the responsibility of wearing many hats, including leadership and management of financial and operational property performance.
The Leasing Professional acts our initial ambassador between customers, residents and the management team. They are at the heart of what make Ascentia communities great. We train, develop and empower our Leasing team members to meet their goals and offer exceptional service.
